A recruiter is an agent who operates in the middle between two parties in search of each other. In this instance the parties in question are
professional people and the corporations who would employ them.
Recruiters play a variety of roles during the hiring process. This includes, but is not limited to, employer branding strategist, market researcher, talent scout, resume writer, interview coach, career counselor or a friendly shoulder to lean on after a bad day at the office. As recruiters, we do it all!
